What to have ready

So the first call is a useful one

None of this is essential — ring anyway. But if you have it to hand, the conversation gets a lot shorter.

For Diamond Grid: the area in square metres, what drives over it, and what the ground does now when it is wet.

For drainage: how deep the cover will be, what drives over it, and roughly what area is draining to it.

For monitoring: how far the site is from the shed, whether there is phone coverage there, and what you want to be told about.
